You will be responsible for day to day management of the kitchen team, menu development and H&S standards. You will have an infectious passion for food and have the ability pass on your knowledge to the team.

Accommodation can be provided either onsite or in local village

Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per year
Chef De Partie
Competitive salary and benefits package available with the opportunity to progress. Staff Accommodation or Staff House in local village available for the right candidate or couple.
What’s required for the Chef de Partie position:
The ability to produce top quality fresh food
Be able to run and take ownership of their section
Have the confidence and knowledge to guide junior staff members
Good hygiene awareness and the ability to work professionally and cleanly
Have the determination to develop their own skills and are hungry to progress with their career
Good organisation/communication skills
Experience at high-end establishments
Salary £24,000 - £27,000

We are looking for someone who would like to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. You must have a passion for food and be hungry to learn everything involved in becoming a chef from filling out paperwork to cooking the perfect piece of fish.
As a commis chef you will be working with one of the Chef de parties preparing all elements of the dishes across all sections in the kitchen. You must demonstrate a good awareness of cleanliness and quickly understand the various aspects of health and hygiene involved in food preparation.
Live in accommodation and meals is available along with a share of tips and the opportunity to progress.
