We are always looking for enthusiastic and hard working people to join our team. We will often consider candidates for positions across the hotel if they have the right attitude towards their work and are willing to learn. We are almost always on the look out for chefs of all levels to join our kitchen team where there is always opportunity to progress through the brigade. Front of house positions are often varied and require staff who are willing to work in different areas such as reception and the restaurant. The best candidates will have a "nothing is to much trouble, get it done" attitude to their work and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.

3 - 5 days a week
Will be responsible for cleaning and tidying rooms to a high standard, replenishing towels, water and bathroom products. Experience as a chamber maid is desirable but not necessary as training will be given.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual to help supervise and run operations in our Restaurant. The perfect candidate would have great communication skills, an interest in food and wine, organisation skills and be able to work extremely well as part of a team.
If you have a love for cooking and feel becoming a chef is the job for you, this is a great opportunity. We are looking for a someone who is willing to learn, with a great passion for cooking. This is a great starting position for young chefs who want to learn how to cook in a professional kitchen. Day to day responsibilities include;
· To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained
· To carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating and storage
· To keep high standards of cleanliness on section where employed
This is a part time or full time position, which includes mainly evening work. The candidate’s responsibilities would include maintaining a high level of hygiene, maintenance of gym equipment and pool, taking bookings for treatments and closing of the spa.
