£15-16k depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a chef de partie to work in a 2 AA rosette kitchen.
The successful candidate must be well driven and willing to help the kitchen achieve its already high standards. They must be confident in running a section within the kitchen and happy to partake in the menu planning and dish production. The right candidate needs to have a strong team spirit and be able to work within a happy small team.
The successful candidate will be required to send a CV, attend an interview and then partake in a cooking demonstration.
Breakfast/Afternoon Tea Cook
£6.50 per hour
25 Hours per week across 5 Days (Flexible)
Shift from 7.15am - 12.00pm
You will be required to prepare breakfast in the morning and then go on to produce cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea. In time there will be the opportunity to assist the chefs in other areas of the kitchen.
Applicants should be able to cook to a good standard and it would be preferable to have some experience working within a professional kitchen. Training will be provided.

3 - 5 days a week
Will be responsible for cleaning and tidying rooms to a high standard, replenishing towels, water and bathroom products. Experience as a chamber maid is desirable but not necessary as training will be given.
