Job Description
We are looking for a chef De Partie or Comis chef who wants to progress quickly. Must have previous experience at high standard preferably rosette level. You will be working in all areas of the kitchen alongside our Head and Sous Chef. You must be able to work well under pressure and work well as part of the team. Main Responsibilities
This job will require you to work along side our chefs, assisting in cleaning and tidying of the kitchen. You will have responsible for washing all pots and pans and cleaning down after a shift. At certain times you will have to assist kitchen staff in basic food preparation. It is essential that you have high levels of personal hygiene.
